...in with the NEW!

I'm barely recovered from my trip out to Anaheim for the Winter CHA show (more on that below), and I'm up to my eyeballs in all the new goodies that have started arriving. Seriously -- I don't think Mr. Brown knows what hit him!  I've become so popular on the UPS route that my delivery time seems to have been moved up to an earlier slot.

Only a fraction of what I ordered at the show has been delivered so far, and already my fingers are so sore from entering new items into the computer that I'm thinking data entry should be an Olympic event!

Anyway, you're gonna absolutely LOVE the new stuff that's coming in!!! New Copic Group on Paper Craft Planet

You may already be familiar with the i {heart} papers group on Paper Craft Planet. If you're not, then you should be! We now have a new group on Paper Craft Planet called (what else?) i {heart} copics!

It's a lively group, full of ideas and inspiration. Oh, and weekly challenges! Join the group and take advantage of the experience, tips and techniques that are shared there.

Customer Survey Responses

We had a tremendous response to our Customer Survey, and we truly appreciate all of your feedback. We were happy to see that we've been doing a good job of meeting your needs, but we've taken your comments into consideration and made some modest changes to our store.

What you might have already noticed is that items now appear on our pages with the newest ones at the top, instead of in alphabetical order. This makes it easier for you to see the latest and greatest without having to scroll all the way through.

Our existing features still make it easy to find things. If you already know what you're looking for, our Search box is extremely useful, and is always near the top of every page. And below our menu in the left column is a scroll box that lets you sort everything by Brand. Looking for Basic Grey? Flower Soft? Just scroll through and select it, and all of the items in that brand show up on your screen.

Our web guru is currently working on a little facelift for the Home page that will also make navigation through the store a bit easier. Stay tuned, and thanks again for your enthusiastic response!
