Our Policies Cancellations and Returns We want you to be happy with your purchase and will gladly accept returns on non-personalized products up to 30 days from date of delivery. If you wish to return an item for any reason, please email service@iheartpapers.com and we will supply you with a return authorization number and the address for your item(s) to be returned. The item(s) must be in its unopened, original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip included for proper credit. The customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance on returns, except when defective or wrong products are sent. It is recommended that you insure the package and keep the shipping receipt on hand until your credit clears. There is a 10% restocking fee to cover the cost of reinventorying the products and the manual labor of updating our shopping cart (this is especially tedious for order of things like Copics.) This fee is waived for exchanges or store credit. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the product in new condition. Please note that if you return an item and your order qualified for free or discounted shipping and returning an item makes your order total fall below the free/discounted shipping amount, shipping charges will be added to your order and any remaining balance will then be credited back to your account. Shipping charges will not be refunded and you are responsible for actual shipping on exchanges. Orders may be cancelled if they have not shipped yet but are subject to a $5 per item (maximum $15 per order) cancellation fee unless you are immediately reordering different product. We do not price match. We feel that there are factors beyond price, like your order shipping normally in 24 hours or less, and that stellar customer service isn't always reflected in a lower price that you may find elsewhere. Sure, you may be able to order from another company, but your order may sit for a week or three before it ships. Is it worth it? That's your choice but we don't think so and don't want to be pitted against other retailers. So, we cannot match other competitor's prices nor can we offer a refund due to price adjustments on our own website unless the order has not shipped. If an item goes on sale before your order has shipped, feel free to contact us and request an adjustment (you will receive store credit for the difference). If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our exchange policy in order to return the item and re-purchase it during the sale period to receive the sale price. Shipping Policy We {heart} fast shipping! We especially {heart} FREE shipping and the USPS! We ship everything using either First-Class, Priority or Parcel Post with delivery confirmation, depending on the weight of your pacakge. Most packages go Priority or First Class - only in unique cases, such as a large quantity of DVD tins, will a package need to be shipped Parcel Post. It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide us with your correct, complete address. In the event a package is unable to be delivered and returned to us due to an incomplete or wrong address, we will gladly reship it to you and bill you for the additional shipping charge. Effective 3/26/13: ALL domestically shipped orders $70 or more receive free shipping! PLEASE BE SURE TO SELECT THE CORRECT SHIPPING METHOD UPON CHECKOUT OR YOU WILL BE BALANCE BILLED.
Angel Policy We are an angel company and we welcome you to sell your handmade creations with any of our exclusive sets, within these limits. All creations must be individually handstamped by the selling artist. You may not reproduce or copy by any means, graphic, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying and scanning. All of our images are copyrighted by the artists and they retain all copyrights. You may not use these images for the purpose of creating logos or trademarks. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Publishing Policy and Incentive We encourage you to use and submit our exclusive sets for publication. Please contact us with the publication, issue and page number. The main image must be from one of our exclusive sets - Mint Motif, Chicken Girl Designs or The Petal Press (not just a manufacturer that we carry such as Hero Arts or Stampendous) and must list i {heart} papers and/or the stamp line name in the supplies/description PRINTED in the magazine. Once your publication is verified we will send you a $20 gift certificate for use in the store for physical publications (major publications in retail stores such as PaperCrafts Magazine, Cards, etc.) and $5 for virtual/digital publications or for major publications whose supply list is available only online and not printed in the actual publication. Greetings only or non-main images will be paid $10 for physical publications (major publications in retail stores such as PaperCrafts Magazine, Cards, etc.) and $2 for virtual/digital publications or for major publications whose supply list is available only online and not printed in the actual publication. Referral Policy and Incentive We are proud to offer our rewards from the {heart} customer referral program to help say thank you for sharing the IHP love! Refer a new customer and earn 10% of their first order placed in the form of a gift certificate. Just have them list you in the “how did you hear about us” section at checkout and 10% of their order will be given back to you as a thank you. Here are the nitty-gritty details: they must list you at time of checkout; rewards are not valid for any past sales and are only valid for their first order -- but you can refer as many people as you like! There is no limit to the rewards you can earn.
